How to Cancel NBA League Pass Manually

Unsubscribe by following these steps:

To cancel your subscription and prevent your next upcoming transaction, first you’ll need to consider where you purchased your NBA League Pass subscription. If you purchased through your mobile store, such as iTunes or Google Play, you’ll need to contact that store to cancel.

If you purchased your subscription on NBA.com, you can cancel your next transaction by following these steps:

  1. Go to https://www.nba.com/membership/settings/billing
  2. Log into your NBA account with the active auto-bill (if already not logged in)
  3. Click Manage Subscription of the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription.
  5. Select reason for cancellations from drop down.
  6. Click Confirm Cancellation.

For monthly subscribers, this will prevent the next transaction, and you will maintain access until that point. For full-season subscribers, this process will prevent their upcoming annual renewal in September.
