How to Cancel ExpressVPN Manually

Unsubscribe by following these steps:


To cancel your ExpressVPN subscription:

  1. Click here and sign in to your account. This is where you will see your subscription length and expiry date. image
  2. On the right-hand side of the My Subscriptions page, locate the Automatic Renewal section.
  3. Select Manage Settings. image
  4. You will see the billing information for your subscription. Select Turn automatic renewal OFF and cancel my service on the expiration date.
  5. Your subscription will be canceled and you will not be billed at the end of your subscription cycle.

Note: Customers paying with BitPay will not see the ā€œManage settingsā€ link. If you paid for your subscription via BitPay, your subscription will automatically end on the subscription date. BitPay customers will see a screen like this:
