Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Complete verification on your account.
  2. Navigate to your Account Settings.
  3. Click on the Manage Payments tab (If you do not see this page, you will need to complete account verification first by requesting a verification email).
  4. Select, “I want to cancel my subscription.”
  5. Then, click “No thanks, I still want to cancel.”
  6. If you have a monthly subscription, you will be given the opportunity to pause your account. If you do not want to pause, scroll down and select “No thanks, I’d like to cancel.”
  7. Choose a reason why you are downgrading (i.e., canceling) your account.
  8. Scroll down, click on ‘Cancel my Subscription.’
