How to Cancel Babbel Manually

There are a couple of different ways to cancel your Babbel subscription.

If you subscribe via www.babbel.com:

  1. Go to http://www.babbel.com/users/payments and log in
  2. In the Profile and Settings page, cancel your account on the Account Information page
  3. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation at the email address you used to register - let Babbel know if you don’t

If you subscribe via the Apple App Store:

  1. Go to the App Store on your device
  2. Tap Featured and scroll down to your Apple ID at the bottom of the page
  3. Open your Apple ID –> Choose View Apple ID
  4. Under Manage App Subscriptions you’ll find the Babbel payment –> Turn Auto-Renewal off

If you pay via the Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Google Play Store App –> Go to My Apps - Subscriptions
  2. Find the Babbel app and press cancel
  3. You will then be asked to confirm your subscription cancellation
